With a background as a TV news anchor and journalist, Tate Blanchard brings storytelling and credibility to his role as an advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association, West Virginia Chapter, and is a trained Community Alzheimer’s Educator. Tate offers impactful presentations on dementia care, Alzheimer’s awareness, and how communities can support those affected by cognitive decline.

Jodi Dalto is our Office Manager and lead scheduler. Jodi is the force behind creating a balanced schedule that meets our clients’ unique needs and provides a sensible balance for each Care Companion. Jodi has been employed in her role with IC Care since October 2018 and is dedicated to the well-being of our clients and their families.
